This superb antique Pompadour ring in 18-carat gold and platinum is set in its center with an old-cut diamond weighing approx. 0.80 carat. It is surrounded by beautiful old-cut diamonds, together weighing approx. 1.50 carats, and has a slightly elongated shape.
