18K Gold (750/1000) and Platinum Toi et Moi Ring set with Old Cut Diamonds, circa 1900.

This beautiful antique gold and platinum toi & moi ring is set with two diamonds in the center weighing approximately 0.25 carat each. The ring is set with smaller old-cut and rose-cut diamonds weighing together about 0.20 carat.
