This imposing Art-deco ring, in platinum, is set in its center with an old-cut diamond weighing approximately 0.80 carat. On either side of the ring are square, step-cut diamonds. The design of this ring with its geometric lines is typical of the Art-Deco period, circa 1920-1930, and foreshadows the Tank rings of the '40s.

This platinum ring, inspired by the 1920s, seduces with its geometric lines and assertive allure. In the center, a 0.80-carat old-cut diamond (H-I/SI) captures the light with depth. On either side, step-cut diamonds (1.00 carat total) add a refined, architectural touch.
With its marked volumes and typical Art-Deco style, this ring imposes its presence while remaining elegant. Its weight of 9.90 g and well-balanced dimensions (1.6 x 1.2 cm) make it a comfortable, timeless piece of jewelry, perfect for those who love pieces with character.
The Art-Deco jewelry (1910-1935)
In rupture with the Art-Nouveau movement and yielding to the desire of simplicity, symmetry and aesthetic order, a movement emerges and asserts itself from 1910. But it is after the first world war, in 1925, during the international exhibition of decorative arts that the Art-deco style prevails.
This new jewelry is set with precious or semi-precious stones previously unused. Their design follows the geometric shapes of clothing and accessories and platinum is essential.
Cartier, Boucheron, Van Cleef and Arpels, Mauboussin are at the forefront of creativity during these years.
